3rd Forest Heights Blueberry Festival Set for Saturday, June 3

Mark your calendars!

The third Forest Heights Blueberry Festival will be held on Saturday, June 3

The Blueberry Jam Concert is already booked for that evening, and the lineup will be announced soon. This year, we will again be holding a Blueberry Cook-off Contest around lunchtime. Registration will begin this week!

We also will be hosting another Open Yard event to learn ideas for landscaping and growing food, and we have a new t-shirt design in the works!

Please look around your house to see if you have any quality items you can donate to the silent auction, and please consider volunteering for an hour or two during the festival. We need lots of support to pull it off! All proceeds from the festival support the Community Blueberry Project, which has planted 135 blueberry bushes in the neighborhood to date.

To donate or volunteer, please contact Philip Bishop at PwalkerBishop@gmail.com, or Danielle Gilmer at daniellesgn@gmail.com.

Additional details will be released soon! If you have any general questions or concerns about the Festival, contact Bart.King@4newgrowth.com.
