New Event: Pumpkins & Potions!

We’re trying a new event this month to bring the community together!

Forest Heights Pumpkins & Potions will be Sunday, October 27 at 440 Forest Heights Drive beginning at 4 p.m. Hosts Gina and Jeff Fisher live in one of the houses with the really big backyards on the right before you get to the top of the big hill as you’re coming into the neighborhood.

They’ve graciously invited everyone to come hang out, meet your neighbors and enjoy some autumn vibes. Bring a picnic blanket and/or chairs, plus snacks and instruments, if you’re into making music.

4 - 6 p.m. - Pumpkin Carving

The Forest Heights Blueberry Project will supply a limited number of pumpkins — first come, first served. (But you’ll have to supervise your own children!)

6 - 8(ish) p.m. - Potions around the Bonfire

Assuming it’s cool enough to tolerate a fire, we’ll get one going and share some drinks. There will likely be a concoction on offer, but if you’re choosy, bring your own potion (BYOP).

The intention is for this to be an event that families can enjoy in the late afternoon and adults (with or without kids) can enjoy in the early evening. Costumes are encouraged!
