Beautiful day for Beautification

Thanks to the folks who came out on the morning of Saturday, November 4 to pick up trash along Oglethorpe Avenue and Forest Heights Drive. It was a beautiful morning for it and some new connections were made among neighbors.

Good news, too! The back stretch of Forest Heights Drive was much, much cleaner than when we did the pickup several years ago. So thanks to all the folks who regularly cleanup along that stretch!

Thanks to Joe Hill, too, for organizing this cleanup and getting the equipment from ACC. The trash picker-upper things kept us from having to bend over so much and were kind of fun to use!
