2nd Forest Heights Blueberry Festival Set for Saturday, June 4

Mark your calendars!

The second Forest Heights Blueberry Festival will be held on Saturday, June 4

If you are interested in performing during the Blueberry Jam concert, contact Claire Campbell at agoldensummer@yahoo.com. In the spirit of community-building, the Festival wants to encourage new combinations of Forest Heights talent. Perfection isn’t required, so if you and a neighbor have been talking about getting together to learn a few tunes, now is the time to commit! And let us know. As with last year, individual acts will receive between 10-30 minutes of stage time.

If you are interested in selling your art, crafts or food during the festival, contact Maxim at Djtwrexx@gmail.com. Only a limited number of vendor slots are available, and the Festival will give preference to those with direct ties to the Forest Heights community.

If you can volunteer equipment or day-of logistical support, please contact Philip Bishop at PwalkerBishop@gmail.com. Numerous volunteers are needed to help with set up, safety, parking, trash, recycling, water and breakdown. Plus, we need tables, chairs and tents!

Additional details regarding the Blueberry Cook-off and other events will be released soon! If you have any general questions or concerns about the Festival, please contact Bart.King@4newgrowth.com.
